Schedule An Appointment
Your appointment is very important to us. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved just for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to book any appointment. All credit cards stored on an encrypted server our mutual protection. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card
- Notification given at least 24 HOURS prior with phone call or text to the salon to cancel your appointment will receive NO CHARGES.
- Notification given same day to your appointment will result in 50% charge of services booked
- MISSING YOUR APPOINTMENT, NOT TEXTING OR NOT CALLING THE SALON TO CANCEL WILL RESULT IN 100% CHARGE OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT BOOKED
- Mondays & Tuesday appointments must be booked at least 72-48 hours in advance. This will be really appreciated.
